Privacy Policy

Last updated: 20 October 2026. This policy describes the site before advertising or optional analytics are enabled.

1. Who controls personal data?

The controller is Karolina Woszczyna Amor, operator of a Polish sole proprietorship. Correspondence address: Zacharias Jansenstraat 44, 2522 EX Den Haag, Netherlands. Polish NIP: PL9492136588. Email: contact@pixsoluna.com. See our Contact page.

2. File processing

The image converter and available PDF tools are designed to process selected files in your browser. Pixsoluna does not intentionally receive or store the contents of files you select for conversion. PDF processing libraries may be downloaded from third-party content delivery networks; this involves network requests but does not itself require uploading your selected documents.

3. Technical data

Hosting and content delivery providers may process IP addresses, request times, browser information and technical logs to deliver the website, prevent abuse and maintain security. The site uses Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare DNS/CDN. Cloudflare may process technical request data under its own applicable policies; retention depends on the relevant service and configuration. Where GDPR applies, processing necessary to provide the site and protect its security may rely on legitimate interests, subject to applicable safeguards.

4. Advertising and cookies

Advertising scripts are not included in this release. If Google AdSense or another advertising provider is activated, this policy will be updated to identify providers, purposes, applicable legal bases, data recipients, international transfers and retention information. Where required, we will request consent using an appropriate consent management platform before using non-essential advertising technologies. See our Cookie Policy.

5. Contact and rights

Where GDPR applies, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, depending on the processing and legal basis. You may also complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), or another competent authority. Contact the controller through the details on the Contact page.

6. Legal bases and recipients

Where applicable, technical delivery and security processing may be based on our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and responding to privacy requests may be necessary for compliance with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). If non-essential advertising or analytics technologies are introduced, we will identify the relevant processing, recipients and legal bases before activation and obtain consent where required.

7. International transfers and retention

Website hosting, security and external script providers may process technical information outside Poland. Cloudflare and third-party script providers may process technical data internationally; applicable transfer safeguards and retention depend on their services and agreements. We do not operate an account database or intentionally retain converted files. Your browser may temporarily hold files and generated download links during a session.

8. Your rights and how to exercise them

Subject to applicable law and the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing; where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it. You may complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland at uodo.gov.pl. You can contact us at contact@pixsoluna.com or through our Contact page.

9. Updates

We may update this notice as our services, hosting and advertising arrangements change. The publication date will be revised accordingly.
